Tom LaJoie — Founder & President

As the co-creator and president of eTripTrader, Tom LaJoie has led the way to its success for the past 11 years. Beginning with a mere idea he has created a thriving business that has steadily grown at an impressive rate and is highly regarded by his customers. Having over 24 years of aviation, leadership, crew planning and scheduling experience as a United Airlines pilot and a US Air Force pilot has afforded him a deep understanding of the necessary components for successful aircrew schedule creation, management and the improvements the system needs. Tom has set high standards for himself as evidenced by his success with his own business, eTripTrader, as well as prior accomplishments including graduating with honors from Sacramento State University with a BA in Mathematics, graduating in the top 10% of his Air Force pilot training class, leading his team to victory in the Air Force Air Training Command's "Top Flight" competition, and leading a six million dollar software development project for the Air Force. Tom has proven himself as a success-driven leader with his focus now solely on the further growth and development of eTripTrader.

Chris LaJoie — Founder & Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Chris LaJoie is responsible for overseeing development of new technologies. As an exceptionally talented programmer himself with the vision to see the entire scope of our software development project he also as hones in on the intricate details that make our product so valuable to our customers. He leads our team of programmers while overseeing every aspect of our ongoing quest to offer a state of the art product. Over 11 years ago Chris took what was a mere idea and turned it into a reality. Now, he is again using his programming talent and experience to produce eTripTrader's fourth generation product, Crew Companion II. In addition, he maintains our software, production, QA, and development servers, and our source code server which houses more than 1,000,000 lines of code. Chris' extensive practical experience and strong loyalty are instrumental in the continued success of eTripTrader.

Troy Taylor — Chief Information Officer

As a key contributor to several small startups and large corporations, Troy has extensive and broad business experience. He is the founder of ExpressRacks - an IT infrastructure company. With experience in executive management as well as senior technical staff, he has a unique ability to act as a liaison between these groups. Troy has helped improve infrastructure processes to lower costs and improve efficiency. Having both a business background and master-level technical roots, he excels at understanding the complexities of IT infrastructure while making the necessary decisions around controlling IT spending. He has worked with Fortune 50 clients such as Hewlett Packard creating operational excellence by leveraging IT governance and security frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, ITSM and ISO17799. He has played key roles in corporate and IT risk reduction through improved IT operations and security. He spearheaded global IT design and planning as well as infrastructure planning for highly-available and secure global networks. Troy holds a Bachelors degree in Physics from Idaho State University, and MBA from Boise State University.

Dave Hallmen

Dave is a senior executive with a long history of building and managing successful system software, hardware and enterprise applications businesses. He possess nearly 26 years of executive experience in leading various inbound and outbound functions, as a corporate officer, in both private and public technology entities. He has a proven track record of delivering strong sales growth, establishing P&L performance and predictability and creating shareholder value and liquidity for companies.

Kevin Learned

Kevin is a nearly native of Boise, having arrived in Boise when he was nine months old. In the intervening years he has been a CPA, a securities broker, the co-founder of Learned-Mahn, a Boise software company that supplied its software nationwide in the banking and hospital industries, a professor of entrepreneurship, President of Albertson College of Idaho and President and CEO of The Network Group, a Boise information technology services firm specializing in managing computer networks for small and medium firms. He is currently a business consultant for the Idaho Small Business Development Center located on the Boise State campus where he assists area small businesses within the 11 counties served in southwest Idaho.

Over his career he has consulted with hundreds of Boise-area businesses and non-profits. He is the founding member of the Boise Angel Fund, a $1 million fund which invests in high growth potential, seed stage Idaho businesses. The Boise Angel Fund is associated with a network of 22 other such funds which share deals and expertise. He holds degrees from Yale (BA), Wharton (MBA) and Texas Tech (Ph.D).

John Glerum

Business professional with progressive management experience with various sized companies and institutions. Major experience at the executive level with the Heinz Company, as CEO and COO of six affiliates ranging in sales from $ 10 million to $ 1 billion. Extensive hands-on and consulting experience with business start-ups, planning, development, cost improvement, quality management, operations and acquisitions. Responsibilities have included intense day-to-day functional management, overall strategic direction, long-term planning, and complete profit and return accountability. Experience supported by an MBA degree with a concentration in Finance and B.S. degree in Business Administration and the Biological Sciences.
